Welcome to Creditt+, please read these terms and conditions carefully as they outline the rules and regulations for the use of Credify Technologies Private Limited's Mobile-Application and Website (hereinafter referred to as the platform for Mobile-Application and Website). Your use of the platform shall constitute lawfully binding agreement between you and Credify Technologies Private Limited. By entering/viewing this platform, we assume you accept these terms and conditions stated hereinafter.
This document/agreement is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000 and is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3 of the Information Technology (Intermediaries guidelines) 2011, that provides for the due diligence to be exercised by Creditt+ (hereafter referred as "Mobile App/Website") is owned and operated by Credify Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (hereafter referred to as the "Company"). The Mobile App/Website provides its services subject to the conditions mentioned below. Before you use the Mobile App/Website, you must read and accept Terms and Conditions (T&C) and the Privacy Policy. We strongly recommend that, as you read the T&C, you also access and read the linked information, since it is incorporated into and, hereby, made part of these T&C. These T&C are effective upon acceptance. Use of any functionality of the Mobile App/Website constitutes acceptance of these T&C. As used herein, "Users" shall mean anyone who uses or accesses the Mobile App/Website on any computer, mobile phone, tablet, console, or another device (collectively, "Device") If these T&C conflict with any other documents, these T&C will prevail for the purpose of usage of this Mobile App/Website. You should refrain from using the Mobile App/Website.
1. DEFINITIONS
- "Agreement"; is a reference to these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy provided to you.
- "You", "your", "Client" and "yours" are references to you, the person accessing this platform and purchasing/using services through the platform.
- "Company", "we", "us", "our", are references to the Credify Technologies Private Limited, a company duly incorporated under the Companies Act 2013.
- "Party", "Parties", or "Us", may also refer to both you/Client and ourselves/company.
- "Services"; shall mean the loans offered by the company on this platform or any medium that is reached through this platform.
- "Platform" shall mean the mobile-application/portal provided by the Company for the purposes of the Client.
- "Intellectual Property" means all trademark, copyright, creativity, concepts, unique business models, secrets and similar rights developed by the Company.
- "Law" is regulations, requirements and guidelines of the government, court and authorities with which either party is legally required to comply with respect to this terms & conditions.
"Application or App." shall mean Creditt+, the mobile application created, developed, and designed by the Company for providing the Services.
"LENDER" shall mean non-banking financial company or Banks with whom the Company has tied up for loan sanction, which would sanction, process, and grant the Loan to the Customer(s), through the Platform.
"Company" or "we" shall mean Credify Technologies Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 having its registered office.
"Customer(s)" or "you" or "End-Users" shall mean any person who accesses, downloads, uses, views the Platform and the Services.
"Loan" shall mean the loan that you may apply for through the Platform and which is sanctioned and granted by LENDER, subject to the applicable terms and conditions of the Loan Agreement.
"Loan Agreement" shall mean the loan agreement to be executed between LENDER and the Customer(s) for granting the Loan whether in physical or electronic form as may be applicable from time to time.
"Online Stores" shall mean Windows Store, Android Google Play, iOS App store, or any other online store or portal where the App will be made available by the Company to the End-Users, from time to time.
"Outstanding Amount(s)" shall mean the Loan, interests, and charges due and payable by you to LENDER, on the respective due date(s).
"Platform" shall mean the App and the Website collectively.
"Services" shall mean the services of granting, sanctioning, lending of short term loans, through the Platform by LENDER.
"Third Party Platforms" shall mean social networking platforms, such as Facebook, LinkedIn and other similar platforms.
"User Data" shall mean any data, information, documents or materials submitted with the Company prior to or during the use of the Services.
"Website" shall mean www.creditt.in, managed, and operated by the Company for the provision of Services.
2. SERVICES
All transactions undertaken on your behalf by the Company will be on the basis of your express instructions/consent and will be strictly on a non-discretionary basis. Once you verify and upload the User Data and/or other documents and details in the Mobile Application Form, the Company shall process the same. Upon the completion of the document verification by the Company, the Loan may be sanctioned by LENDER to you, subject to fitting eligibility criteria and other conditions set forth by LENDER for sanctioning the Loan. Thereafter, you are required to fill and upload the ECS/NACH mandate form/Cheque or any other document as may be required by LENDER. LENDER shall disburse the Loan subject to the terms and conditions of the Loan Agreement.
The sanctioned Loan shall be disbursed as per the mode provided in the Mobile Application Form. You are required to repay the Outstanding Amount(s) to LENDER, on the respective due date(s) mentioned in the Mobile Application Form.
You understand and acknowledge that the Company reserves the right to track your location ("Track") during the provision of Services, and also in the event that you stop, cease, discontinue to use or avail the Services, through deletion or uninstallation of Mobile App or otherwise, till the event that your obligations to pay the Outstanding Amount(s) to LENDER exist. Deletion, uninstallation, discontinuation of our Services, shall not release you from the responsibility, obligation and liability to repay the Outstanding Amount(s).
You understand and acknowledge that you shall be solely responsible for all the activities that occur under your User Account while availing the Services. You undertake that the Company shall not be responsible and liable for any claims, damages, disputes arising out of use or misuse of the Services. By usage of the Services, you shall be solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the User Account and for all other related activities under your User Account. The Company reserves the right to accept or reject your registration for the Services without obligation of explanation.
You understand and acknowledge that, you are solely responsible for the capability of the electronic devices and the internet connection, you chose to run the Platform. The Platform's operation or the Services on your electronic device is subject to availability of hardware, software specifications, internet connection and other features and specifications, required from time to time.
The User Data provided during the registration is stored by the Company for your convenience. You are not required to log-in to your User Account, every time, to use or access the Platform. You understand and acknowledge that by accepting these Terms, you authorise us to Track, fetch and use the User Data, including but not limited to your Personal Information, for the purpose of authentication and any updates with regards to your credentials.
3. LICENSE
License to use the App: In order to use the Services, you are required to download and install the App. For this purpose, you represent and warrant that you are of the age of majority as per the applicable laws to which you are subject to and are competent to understand, enter into, and comply with these Terms. The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable right to download, install and use the App. The App. is licensed and not sold to you and shall only be used as per these Terms.
Scope of License: You may install, download, access or use the App through the Online Stores on/from mobile phones, tablets or any other electronic devices.
Maintenance & Support: You acknowledge that while the Company may, at its sole discretion, provide maintenance and support for the App from time to time, the Company shall have no specific obligation whatsoever to furnish such services to you.
Updates/Upgrades: We may launch new updates/upgrades for the App., you may subscribe to the same through the Online Stores. In the event, you choose not to update/upgrade the App, certain features or functionality shall not be accessible to you.
4. WARRANTIES
- With reference to your posts or any matter that you publish on our platform, you understand and warrant that you have all necessary licenses and consents to do so and such post/matter does not breach/infringe any intellectual property right, including without limitation copyright, patent or trademark of any third party.
- You warrant that your comments/matter will not contain any defamatory, offensive, indecent or otherwise unlawful material which is an invasion of privacy and such comments will not be used to present any commercial activities or unlawful activity.
- You hereby grant Credify Technologies Private Limited a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, edit and authorize others to use, reproduce and edit any of your comments in any and all forms, formats or media as well as hyperlinking to our Content.
- The following organizations may link to our Platform without prior written approval:
- Government agencies
- Search engines
- News organizations
- You understand that online directory distributors may link to this platform and we may approve other link requests from the following types of organizations:
- commonly-known consumer and/or business information sources
- dot.com community sites
- associations or other groups representing charities
- accounting, law and consulting firms and educational institutions and trade associations
- You understand that we will approve link requests from these organizations if we decide that: (a) the link would not make us look unfavourably to ourselves or to our accredited businesses; (b) the organization does not have any negative records with us; (c) the benefit to us from the visibility of the hyperlink compensates the absence of Credify Technologies Private Limited; and (d) the link is in the context of general resource information.
- You understand that no use of Credify Technologies Private Limited's logo or other artwork will be allowed for linking absent a trademark license agreement.
- You understand and agree to not to delete the app while you are in an agreement with us. That means, during the tenure of your loan, without our knowledge and consent you shall not delete the app.
5. RESTRICTIONS
You agree not to:
- use the Platform or the Services for committing fraud, embezzlement, money laundering, or for any unlawful and/or illegal purposes;
- to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the App;
- upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable through the Platform;
- use the Platform to harm or injure any third party;
- impersonate any person or entity, on the Platform;
- forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any content transmitted through the App;
- upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any content that you do not have a right to make available under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as inside information, proprietary and confidential information learned or disclosed as part of employment relationships or under nondisclosure agreements);
- upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available on the Platform, any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party;
- upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available on the Platform, any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam", "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation;
- upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available on the Platform, any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;
- disrupt the normal flow of or otherwise act in a manner that negatively affects other user's ability to engage in real time exchanges;
- interfere with or disrupt the Platform or servers or networks connected to the Platform, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the Platform;
- intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international laws and any regulations having the force of law.
6. RESERVATIONS
- We may alter or vary the Terms and Conditions at any time without notice to you. We reserve the right to change or revise the Terms and Conditions at any time by posting changes or a revised Terms and Conditions on this Platform without any notice. The changed or revised Terms and Conditions will be effective immediately after it is posted on this Platform.
- The contents on this platform including text, photographs, designs, artworks, etc. are owned by us and any intellectual property arising out of such text, photographs, designs, artworks, etc. belongs to us and nobody else. You/Users are not allowed (in any manner whatsoever) to copy, modify, reproduce, transmit, distribute, or create derivative works of Content or information without permission from us as they are subject to our intellectual property/copyright.
- The trademarks, brand name, logos, and service marks displayed on the Platform are owned & controlled by us and any intellectual property arising out of such trademarks, brand name, logos, and service marks belongs to us and nobody else.
7. LOANS
- We reserve all the right to reject any loan without assigning any reason whatsoever for doing so. By taking the loan after viewing our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
- Situations include any war, civil commotion, strike, governmental action, lockout, accident, epidemic, natural calamities, or any other event of any nature or kind which are beyond the control during such cases non-performance will not be granted.
8. eNACH
The lender will attempt to collect the loan amount with interest and penalty charges if any through E-Nach in multiple of Rs. 1000 or more until the loan amount including principal, interest, and other penal charges are recovered in full.
9. CONTENT AVAILABLE
You acknowledge that the Company makes no representations or warranties about the material, data, and information, such as data files, text, facts and figures, computer software, code, audio files or other sounds, photographs, videos, or other images (collectively, the "Content") which you may have access to as part of the Services, or through your use of the Platform. Under no circumstances, shall the Company be liable in any way for any Content, including, but not limited to any infringing Content, any errors or omissions in Content, or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted, transmitted, linked from, or otherwise accessible through or made available via the Platform. The Content on the Platform should not be regarded as an offer, solicitation, invitation, advice or recommendation to buy or sell investments, securities or any other instrument or financial products/schemes of the Company (including its affiliates), unless expressly covered in these Terms.
10. PROPRIETARY RIGHTS OF THE COMPANY
You understand, acknowledge and agree that the Company is the sole owner of all rights, title and interest, including any and all intellectual property rights in the Content, Platform, Services, logos, trade names, brand names, designs and any necessary software used in connection with the Platform.
There may be proprietary logos, service marks and trademarks found on the Platform whether owned/used by the Company or otherwise. By displaying them on the Platform, the Company is not granting you any license to utilize the proprietary logos, service marks, or trademarks. Any unauthorized use of the same may violate applicable intellectual property laws.
You understand and acknowledge that the Platform is owned by the Company. Nothing under these Terms shall be deemed to be a transfer in ownership, rights, title, from the Company to you or any third party, in the Platform. You are entitled to avail the Services offered by the Company during the validity of your registration with the Company.
11. THIRD-PARTY ADVERTISEMENT
The Platform may also contain third party advertisements, if any. The display of such advertisements does not in any way imply an endorsement or recommendation by/of the relevant advertiser, its products or services. You shall independently refer to the relevant advertiser for all information regarding the advertisement and its products and/or services. The Company accepts no responsibility for any interaction between you and the relevant third party and is released from any liability arising out of or in any way connected with such interaction.
The Platform provides these links to you as a convenience only and the inclusion of any link does not imply any endorsement of the Linked Website by the Company. Your access or use of such Linked Website is entirely at your own risk. The Company shall not be a party to any transaction between you and the Linked Website. Your use of a Linked Website is subject to these terms and conditions of that respective Linked Website
12. ANCILLARY SERVICES
You may get access to chat rooms, blogs, feedbacks, reviews and other features ("Ancillary Services") that are/may be offered from time to time on the Platform and may be operated by us or by a third party on our behalf. You shall not (nor cause any third party to) use these Ancillary Services to perform any illegal activities (including without limitation defaming, abusing, harassing, stalking, threatening, promoting racism, or otherwise violating the legal rights, such as rights of privacy, of others) or immoral activities, falsely stating or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity. Additionally, the Platform may contain advice/opinions and statements of various professionals/ experts/ analysts, etc. the Company does not endorse the accuracy, reliability of any such advices/opinions/ and statements. You may rely on these, at your sole risk and cost. You shall be responsible for independently verifying and evaluating the accuracy, completeness, reliability and usefulness of any opinions, services, statements or other information provided on the Platform. All information or details provided on the Platform shall not be interpreted or relied upon as legal, accounting, tax, financial, investment or other professional advice, or as advice on specific facts or matters. The Company may, at its discretion, update, edit, alter and/or remove any information in whole or in part that may be available on the Platform and shall not be responsible or liable for any subsequent action or claim, resulting in any loss, damage and or liability. Nothing contained herein is to be construed as a recommendation to use any product or process, and the Company makes no representation or warranty, express or implied that, the use thereof will not infringe any patent, or otherwise.
13. DISCLAIMER & LIABILITY
- We submit that this platform has true, factual and pure content. There is no malice in any information or literature available on the platform. We shall not be liable for any loss that the user faces by taking any actions after reading the material of this platform.
- Adequate care has been taken to ensure that the information available on the platform is correct and error free. However, we cannot warrant that use of the platform will be error free or is fit for the purpose, or is timely, or that the defects will be corrected, or that the site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs or represents the full functionality, accuracy, reliability of the platform and we do not make any warranty whatsoever, whether express or implied, relating to fitness for purpose, or accuracy.
- By accepting these terms of use you agree to relieve us from any liability whatsoever arising from your use of any information provided on the platform or made available from any third party.
- We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing services where such failure arises as a result of any act or omission, which is outside our reasonable control such as unprecedented circumstances, overwhelming and unpreventable events caused directly and exclusively by forces of nature that can be neither anticipated, nor controlled, nor prevented by the exercise of prudence, diligence, and care, including but not limited to: war, riot, civil commotion; pandemic; epidemic; lockout; government guidelines; compliance with any law or governmental order, rule, regulation or direction and acts of third parties "Force Majeure".
14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
- We (company) retain the absolute right to use the intellectual property including copyrights, trademarks, designs, artworks and all other IPR rights for itself and retains the right to grant it to other third parties. All intellectual property including copyrights, trademarks, designs, artworks and all other IPR rights will remain our property.
- The user shall not use the services offered by the platform, in a way which infringe the intellectual property right of the company. In case of any infringement of Intellectual Property Rights, you will be solely responsible for any claim arising out of it.
15. NOTICES & CORRESPONDENCE
- If either party shall desire or be required to give any notice/documents, such notice/documents shall be deemed to be validly served if (practiced in either of these forms of communication): (1) personally delivered; or (2) deposited by post (return receipt requested); or (3) sent electronically via email.
- All dealings, correspondence and contacts between us shall be made or conducted in the English language.
16. ARBITRATION & JURISDICTION
- If parties are unable to reach a solution within a period of thirty (30) days, then upon written notice by any other party to the other, the dispute, claim, question or difference shall be resolved by arbitration. A sole arbitrator appointed with the mutual consent of both parties to be resolved by arbitration as per the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 and such proceedings shall be conducted at Ahmedabad, in accordance with their Arbitration Rules.
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The parties hereto submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad at Gujarat in India.
17. TERMINATION
The Company reserves its rights to terminate these Terms in the event:
you breach any provision of these Terms;
the Company is required to do so under law; or
the Company chooses to discontinue the Services being offered or discontinue to operate the Platform;
the license granted to use the App expires;
of non-payment of Outstanding Amount(s).
The Company reserves its right to Track you, even when you have uninstalled the App or even after termination of these Terms, until all your obligations, including but not limited to payment of the Outstanding Amount(s) is in subsistence. Upon termination of these Terms, the rights and licenses granted to you under these Terms shall cease to exist, and you must forthwith stop using the Platform and the Services and repay the Outstanding Amount(s). Notwithstanding anything contained in these Terms or otherwise, the termination of these Terms for any reason whatsoever, shall not affect your obligations, including but not limited to repayment of the Outstanding Amount(s).
18. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
You expressly understand and agree that:
your use of the Services and the Platform is at your sole risk. The Services and the Platform are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Company expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the access or use of the Platform, is at your own discretion and risk and that you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system, electronic data or loss of data that results from the download of any such material. no advice or information, whether verbal or written, obtained by you from the Company, for the Services or through the Platform shall create any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms. The Services are intended for personal, non-commercial use. You shall be solely responsible for the use, misuse, improper usage of the Services and the Platform. The Company shall not be liable for any damages accruing out of the use of the Services which have not been expressly stipulated under these Terms. the Company makes no warranty, including implied warranty, and expressly disclaims any obligation, that: (a) the Contents are and will be complete, Exhaustive, accurate or suitable to your requirements; (b) The Platform or the Services will meet your requirements or will be available on an uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free basis; (c) the results that may be obtained from the use of the Platform or Services will be accurate or reliable.
19. INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and hold the Company, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders or other partners, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of (i) your violation of these Terms; (ii) your violation of any rights of other users of the Platform; (iii) your use or misuse of the Platform or the Services; (iv) your violation of applicable laws.
20. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
You expressly understand and agree that the Company, including its directors, officers, employees, representatives or the service provider, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from; (a) use or the inability to avail the Services (b) inability to use the Platform (c) failure or delay in providing the Services or access to the Platform (d) any performance or non-performance by the Company (e) any damages to or viruses that may infect your electronic devices or other property as the result of your access to the Platform or your downloading of any content from the Platform and (f) server failure or otherwise or in any way relating to the Services.
21. FORCE MAJEURE
Without limiting the foregoing, under no circumstances shall the Company be held liable for any damage, loss, loss of services of Platform, due to deficiency in provision of the Services resulting directly or indirectly from acts of nature, forces, or causes beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, internet failures, computer equipment failures, telecommunication equipment failures, change in applicable regulations, including Reserve Bank of India regulations, or any other government regulations, floods, storms, electrical failure, civil disturbances, riots.
22. PRIVACY POLICY
The Personal Information collected/shared/uploaded for the provision of Services has been exhaustively covered in our privacy policy ("Privacy Policy"). Our Privacy Policy is available Here.
23. CHANGE
The Company reserves the right to modify, change, substitute, remove, suspend or update these Terms or any information thereof at any time by posting the updated Terms on the Platform. Such changes shall be effective immediately upon such posting. Continued use of the Services or the Platform, subsequent to making the changes, shall be deemed to be your acceptance of the revised Terms.
24. CHOICE OF LAW AND JURISDICTION
This Agreement shall be construed and governed by the laws of India without regard to principles of conflict of laws. Parties further agree that the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India shall have an exclusive jurisdiction over such disputes.
25. MISCELLANEOUS
Entire Understanding: These Terms, along with the Loan Agreement, Mobile Application Form and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire understanding between you and the Company with relation to the Services. Waiver:The failure of the Company to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to availing of the Services or these Terms must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred. Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the Parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the Parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
26. VIOLATIONS
Please report any violations or grievances with relation to these Terms to the Company at grievance@creditt.in.

- Based on all three scoring systems we generate a 'Creditt+ Risk Score' of a user which we show them before accepting the loan ( loan amount, loan tenure, rate of interest, processing fees)
The creditt+ risk score is obtained after a credit risk assessment on the data that you have provided (including transactional SMS data and installed apps), using a proprietary scoring mechanism.
The score may vary from credit bureau scores*

COLLECTION OF INSTALLED APPLICATIONS
We collect a list of the installed application's metadata information which includes the application name, package name, installed time, updated time, version name and version code of each installed application on your device to assess the customer’s creditworthiness and enrich your profile with pre-approved customized loan offers.
CAMERA
We require the camera information permission to provide customers with an easy/smooth experience and to enable you to click photos of your KYC documents along with other requisite documents and upload the same on the App during your loan application journey.

When you install our App, we request explicit permissions from you to collect device information like operating system details and more. 1. Payment reminders: Borrower will receive payment reminders through SMS, app notifications, emails, and calls
2. ECS (Debit Mandate): The lender will attempt to collect the money through ECS on the due date and post the due date.
3. Credit bureau reporting: If the borrower fails to make payment on or before the due date, their payment history will be reported to credit reporting agencies
4. Defaulting loan: If borrower defaults on their loan payment for more than 90 days, this may result in serious legal consequences including legal action against the borrower.

PREFACE
Credify Technologies Private Limited [the “Creditt+”] is a Digital Lending App and Lending Service Provider for various NBFCs. In terms of the RBI Master Direction – Reserve Bank of India (Non-Banking Financial Company – Scale Based Regulation) Directions 2023 (“Directions”) every Non- Banking Financial Company (NBFCs - Base Layer) [“RBI”] and their third party service provider (DLA/LSP) require to have internal grievance redressal policy for its customers and stakeholders.
It is essential that grievances of the customers are given due consideration and quick action is taken to resolve the same. To provide efficient and enhanced services to the customers and resolution of their grievances the Company has adopted this Grievance Redressal Policy providing for an effective Grievance Redressal Mechanism.
OBJECTIVE
The Company is committed to ensure transparency and fair dealings. The Company and all its employees are bound by the commitments provided as under:
Offering efficient channels to route the queries.
Queries/Concerns/Grievances/Complaints raised by customers shall be dealt with courtesy and resolved in a timely manner.
Customers shall be informed of avenues to escalate their complaints within the organization as well as with partner NBFCs and RBI and their rights in cases when their complaints are not resolved in a timely manner or when they are not satisfied with the resolution of their complaints.
DEFINITION OF COMPLAINT AND QUERY
Customers may approach the company for various reasons which inter-alia include enquiry/clarifications regarding the services enquiry/clarification regarding documents uploading on mobile app/web portal extension on tenure and to raise a grievance regarding deficiency in service of the company. The company has defined Query/ Request and Complaint clearly so that the Customer issues can be addressed accordingly.List of queries including following but not limited to:
- enquiry/clarifications regarding the services.
- enquiry/clarification regarding documents uploading on mobile app/web portal.
- extension on tenure and others.
A Complaint is any Customer dissatisfaction expressed through any of the company’s Channels/modes with respect to product/services of the company/offered by the company and its partner NBFC related to any of the below mentioned scenarios but not limited to the following:
- Delayed processing of requests non-execution of service requests after expiry of Turnaround time for such service/ deliverable as prescribed by the company or Regulatory Bodies.
- Complaints related to deficiency in services technology related complaint.
- Customer claiming levy of charges which are not mentioned in the schedule of charges communicated without adequate prior notice to the borrower/customer.
- Customer complaints related to service issues employee behavior of collection agencies on boarded by the partner NBFCs etc.
- Non reversal of amount for failed electronic transaction.
GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL OFFICER
The Board of Directors of the Company have appointed a Grievance Redressal Officer (GRO) who shall be responsible for overall functioning of the Grievance Redressal Mechanism of the Company. The Grievance Redressal Officer shall also be responsible to address grievances escalated to him / her and for ensuring prompt and efficient functioning of grievances redressal mechanism.
GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL MECHANISM
Any customer having a grievance / complaint / feedback with respect to the product and service offered by the partner NBFCs may write to the Company’s Customer Service Department in the following manner:
Filing a Complaint:

- Anonymous complaints will not be addressed which includes complaints that are abusive or frivolous or vexatious in nature.
Resolution Process:
- On receipt of complaint the Company shall within reasonable time send a reply of the same to the complainant. All the complaints received shall be recorded and responded.
- The Customer Service Officer shall ensure that all complaints are resolved in a timely and effective manner and status of resolution / closure of complaints in records is updated.
- The Customer Service Officer shall monitor the complaints status to ensure that the complaints are resolved within 30 days of receipt of complaint.
- If in any case the Company needs additional time the Company will inform the customer the reasons of delay in resolution within the timelines specified above and provide expected time lines for resolution of the complaint.
The partner NBFC has appointed Nodal Officer who shall be responsible for representing NBFC and furnishing information to the Ombudsman in respect of complaints filed against NBFC.
